Hi, I’m Daniela — a linguist, entrepreneur, and sworn Romanian translator registered with the Romanian Embassy in London. With over 16 years of experience, I’ve helped individuals, law firms, and international companies communicate with clarity, accuracy, and confidence.

  • I have a B.A. degree in Translation Studies and Conference Interpreting issued by the prestigious A-listed University of Bucharest (2008), Romania. Grade: Top 10 of my class. I have studied Korean as a third language.

    I hold an M.A. in Translation and Conference Interpreting issued by the Transylvania University of Brasov (2010), Romania, the best Language and Literature department of central Romania. Grade: Valedictorian.

    During university, I was the lucky recipient of two scholarships that are offered only once every 4 years, a paid internship in a translation agency in Annecy, France (2007), where I got immersed in the wonderful world of patent and medical translation.

    And a second reputed scholarship at the Paris IV Sorbonne University, in France (2008), where I’ve taken Spanish and French linguistics and translation studies. The Paris IV Sorbonne University is one of the most renowned universities in the Linguistics field. Grade: 18/20 (Top of the Class).

  • I am a Romanian certified translator and interpreter by the Romanian Ministry of Justice for French, Spanish and English.

    I am an official Romanian sworn translator and interpreter of the Romanian Embassy in London (#38 on the official translators’ list). My translations are accepted in the UK, in Romania and worldwide.

  • I have been working actively in the Romanian translation field for +16 years, adding more and more domains and getting more experienced in the areas I specialise in (medical, technical, IT, localisation, legal, patents, conference interpreting). I’m working with both private individuals, as well as companies and translation agencies.

    On bigger Romanian translation projects, I am working more and more with a team of experienced Romanian certified translators in the field that you require, where I am the interface with the customers and agencies if they decide to partner with us, as well as the final Romanian reviewer.

    However, for all the legal translation assignments, I am the only person who translates and signs all your documents.

  • Certified/sworn Romanian translation: UK (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland), I can send the translation by post or courier to any other country. I am also able to sign documents electronically to be used in any country worldwide.

    Note for the Romanian community in the UK: my translations are accepted by all three Romanian Consulates in the UK (London. Manchester, Edinburg), as well as all the mobile Consulates traveling to your city.
